George Wachiuri:The programme will be rolled out in three levels:

Phase 1: Employees Shares Ownership Plan (ESOP) which will take 6 months to 1 year.

Phase 2: Private Placement where Institutions with similar aspirations will be on board.

Phase 3: Initial Public Offer(IPO) Which will be in place in 3 to 4 years.

The NSE CEO is joined by CMA Chairman and Optiven CEO to officially induct New Optiven to the NSE Ibuka Programme
