Optiven Conducts A Ground Breaking Ceremony For Amani Ridge State of the Art Gate

Monday August 5 2019: Kenya’s leading real estate company Optiven Group has embarked on its promise to install a mega gate on its Kiambu based project. the 100 acre piece of land.

In a ceremony which held on Monday morning, investors witnessed the ground breaking of the gate and the perimeter wall around the 100 acre piece of land.

The property which incorporates a mini-mall, a police post, a tenants’ only clubhouse sitting on a 1.5 acre parcel of land also hosts 400 luxury housing units which will be set up at a cost of Sh8 billion.

Individual plots at the property retail between Sh2.995 million to Sh10.695 million with individual buyers then tasked with choosing pre-selected housing designs that have since been approved by the Kiambu County Government.

Speaking during the ceremony attended by investors, Optiven CEO Mr. George Wachiuri noted that “this is one of the biggest project that we have done as a company and we are delighted that many home owners have already purchased their properties with us. So far we only have 25 plots remaining.”

Apart from the gate and the wall, the company also aims to install a razor wire and CCTV camera to enhance the security among other value added amenities.
